We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return your item. Please note: we cannot accept returns on our earrings for hygiene reasons.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, you can contact us at info@norveistore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, we cannot accept returns from outside of the UK
Returning Your Item
Please include all of the following information in your returning package:
- your full name
- order number
- reason for returning the item(s)
- the size/item you would like to exchange your item for
Please note: When exchanging an item, we can only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or a different item of the same value as the original item. We do not offer refunds on exchanged items but are happy to issue store credit once the exchanged item has been successfully returned.
NORVEI does not cover the costs of return postage fees made by the customer and this will not be included in your refund. We will not pay any custom charges on returned items, you will need to clear this in order for your return to be processed.
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll send you an email with an update. Returns are usually processed within seven working days, although this may vary during busy periods. Refunds will be issued to the original account used at purchase.

* Our Lifetime Warranty only covers what we’ve stated, thus, if your NORVEI piece is lost, stolen, damaged purposely or damaged via a third-party, we can't cover this. Failure to provide a photo of the defective/faulty item & your warranty card voids the warranty.
NORVEI implements a fair use policy within the lifetime guarantee, reserving the right to reject claims if the policy is being abused.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
